Still not shipped over a month later

Ordered November 9. Got a shipping email November 10 (label generated pre-shipping). It's December 16 and it's still not been mailed. I don't think it's going to arrive before Christmas. My daughter really wanted this. Waiting with no progress updates is annoying. I knew from reviews this might happen, but hoped the vendor would be more speedy for Christmas.
